Love the Meal Plans I love the meal plans. There's a nice variety of food options, and no way for me to make a mistake with wrong amounts of anything when preparing meals. I feel more motivated to eat healthier than I have in many years. I was happily surprised that, after a short adjustment period, I don't feel hungry when I'm not supposed to. I feel you do really well with the meal planning. I am now eating more variety of healthy foods in my diet, which is a wonderful thing! I feel more positive for my present and future health and wellness!

I also get really useful emails that are hyper-relevant to my journey and there is also the bonus that they offer you the chance to email with any issues you have. It is the best app I have ever used.

Beware Beware ! They will renew your subscription with zero notice and then refuse to refund your money even if you contact them on the exact same day that they charged you. This type of renewal process borders on being a scam. Be very careful. If you cancel a subscription retain evidence that you have canceled so that you can use that cancellation paperwork to refute their attempts to charge you in the future. I did not save my cancel notice and now am stuck paying for an additional 6 months of a product I do not use!

Be carefull with subscriptions!!!! When you subscribe for a two month only, they STILL take money for ANOTHER two months!!!! Despite my complaints, they refuse to refund! Be careful, you subcribe for TWO MONTHS, but they KEEP RENEWING AND CHARGING!!!!!

Be aware Be aware. Unfortunately, I signed up over 4 years ago and received one plan that was not good for me. and forgot about the whole Keto thing. I forgot about the Keto thing because I never heard from them ever again. However Keto has been charging me the last 4 years. Even though on their records would show I have received nothing and they have given me nothing except taken my money.
