GBGreat quality, good value After looking at and trying and being unhappy with a lot of other bath mats, we were surprised at the quality of the ones from this company. They shed much less dust and fibers compared with other manufacturers' mats, stay in place and feel good. We wish other companies were as focused on quality and good value as this one.

GBI would like to amend my recent review of my experience with GrundAmerica. I had come across my interpretation of a No Return Policy. I was wrong & I would now like to correct my mistake. Would have liked to return the item but discovered that Grund has a “No Return” policy. This was never indicated in their advertising or when I was putting in the order. I’ve never come across this with any Company that I’ve ever dealt with. Consequently, no matter how much I like what they have to offer, I’ll never do business with Grund again.

GBI was able to email a real person about… I was able to email a real person about my order and receive a reply by that same person.

GBUsed to Be Okay, But Now Avoid Them I ordered with them in the past but can't recommend them any longer. They sent the wrong color of product and customer service won't reply via email, website form or chat over the course of weeks, and they haven't gotten back to me about a return after a week of using their return process. Sadly, I suggest avoiding them.

GBBath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic… Bath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic bag, which easily snagged in shipping. Rug was snagged. Had to be replaced. Customer service rep was very cordial - 5 stars on customer service rep. Would suggest using a more durable shipping bag of heavier plastic if you choose to ship in bag vs box. :-) Quality of rug is very good, thick/heavy, high quality cotton.
