Great quality, good value After looking at and trying and being unhappy with a lot of other bath mats, we were surprised at the quality of the ones from this company. They shed much less dust and fibers compared with other manufacturers' mats, stay in place and feel good. We wish other companies were as focused on quality and good value as this one.

I absolutely love the Asheville… I absolutely love the Asheville collection of rugs. Nothing else compares! My only slight complaint would be trying to get the two sizes in the same color when I want it. Also, the colors on the website don’t really match reality. I might suggest you post multiple pictures from different angles and maybe even brighter and dimmer light!

Ordering Towels, Round one I'm excited about trying out these towels as I have a hard time keep bath towels soft. During the ordering process I mistakenly only ordered two bath towels instead of four. The picture shows a set of bath, hand and face towels so think I got a bit confused! We use two towels a week so I like to have four altogether. The shipment took over two weeks but it was during the holidays. I'm looking forward to trying out the towels and have ordered two more bath and two hand towels.

I would like to amend my recent review of my experience with GrundAmerica. I had come across my interpretation of a No Return Policy. I was wrong & I would now like to correct my mistake. Would have liked to return the item but discovered that Grund has a “No Return” policy. This was never indicated in their advertising or when I was putting in the order. I’ve never come across this with any Company that I’ve ever dealt with. Consequently, no matter how much I like what they have to offer, I’ll never do business with Grund again.
