GBWasted money Very bad company. they change your order according to their stock without asking you first (they usually send soups instead of more expensive items), the food is not good, bad service, money wasted.

CAReceived a coupon for $35 off at Yumi… Received a coupon for $35 off at Yumi in a Babylist box. I added some items to my cart but the discount code would not work. Apparently it is only valid for the subscription which it does not say on the coupon, and the company is not taking orders right now so I wasted my time having to deal with customer support.

GBCustomer Service Unreliable- Not worth it The baby food- amazing (although I agree with most recent reviews that it has gotten watered down the last 2 weeks). Customer service- TERRIBLE. They make mistakes, they don't get back to us, the food might arrive Monday, it might arrive late Wednesday and most recently it arrived Thursday. SO unreliable which sucks when you're a full time working parent. One time the seal was broken on a jar, another time the jar was unlabeled. It's just been a poor experience which is a shame because the food was great- they pack in protein, fiber, greens but it's like snuck in there so my son loved it and was getting nutrients. Recently they sent some vague email about how they are changing their food service and our subscription would be suspended but the details on the change were so confusing and vague. Would not recommend the hassle and headache.

GBUnreliable to feed your baby Placed my first order and the shipment is late according to the date it said it would arrive (shipped outside of their shipping window) so the food is bad so can’t feed to my baby. Called customer service they offer my credit back. I asked them to ship me another food package instead because I need the food for my baby. Rep said they’re sold out. So how are you suppose to rely on this device to feed your baby. What a horrible experience!!! How can a company run a business and spend all this money on targeted ads and yet be sold out of food

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Food arrives late and in a terrible condition . Open jars , leaking and have been on the UPS truck for half day. Couldn’t feed this to my daughter . Terrible customer service as well. They didn’t refund correctly. So I lost money and the food: very unprofessional!
