GBLoved for months but now watered down mess… I was ordering from them for months and loved it, but the last 3 orders are all watered down junk. No more flavor, and a thick full inch of water sitting on the top of each jar that’s supposed to have “texture” and be thicker purées. Even after stirring it’s so watery it’s impossible to get on a tiny spoon and into my son’s mouth with it sloshing off. He doesn’t like it anymore since they all lost the flavor. Contacted customer service and they said that’s how they are meant to be. A watered down impossible to feed mess. Canceled subscription and supposedly getting partial refund. Absolutely NOT worth it anymore! So disappointing.

GBYumi is a great company that cares… Yumi is a great company that cares about what I feed my baby. I like the fact that everything is organic and I can trust that my baby is getting the best nutrition available, and ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. Yumi is also very responsive if you have an issue with your order. We had two boxes ship with issues when they arrived, but when I got on the chat with Yumi, they handled my account and immediately escalated the issues. The only downside of the two encounters is that because Yumi prepares enough food for the boxes their shipping that week to prevent waste, if you have an issue there isn't a way to get another box for the week. We've supplemented with different food we purchased at the yumi shop, but it is a let down when it happens.

GBGood food. Questionable quality control and freshness. I genuinely was really, really excited about Yumi, and I absolutely love their premise of fresh/healthy food. However, I am incredibly disappointed with their quality control. Every single order I have had received has either contained expired food or had multiple seals broken. Specifically: - I placed my first order on November 8, which arrived on November 16. One of the jars had a "best by" date of November 6 (two days before I even placed the order. Further, 3 of the jars had broken vacuum seals. I immediately reached out to customer service, and although they were responsive and offered me credits for the defective products, I never received an answer as to why I could have received expired food (if they make everything fresh that week) or what could have caused the faulty seals. They did acknowledge that the kitchen was having seal issues, but I have not received any further clarity on what that issue was or how it's being remedied. - My next weekly order contained 2 broken vacuum seals. - This most recent order that I literally received just 10 minutes ago - yup, you guessed it: 2 more broke vacuum seals. I'm giving Yumi 3 stars because although their food does seem high quality, it's concerning that a company that prides itself on delivering "fresh" food would have so many quality control issues as it relates to that freshness. I am currently looking into alternative food delivery providers and will likely cancel my Yumi subscription.

GBThe shipping has gotten worse as the… The shipping has gotten worse as the weeks pass by. I used to get it every Monday the it switched to tuesdays now I dont Even know when I’ll get the food. They’re getting pretty unreliable and consistency of food changes weekly. Either super watery or too solid. I tried The bites and some bites just came all mushy and watery.
