GBUnreliable to feed your baby Placed my first order and the shipment is late according to the date it said it would arrive (shipped outside of their shipping window) so the food is bad so can’t feed to my baby. Called customer service they offer my credit back. I asked them to ship me another food package instead because I need the food for my baby. Rep said they’re sold out. So how are you suppose to rely on this device to feed your baby. What a horrible experience!!! How can a company run a business and spend all this money on targeted ads and yet be sold out of food

GBYumi is a great company that cares… Yumi is a great company that cares about what I feed my baby. I like the fact that everything is organic and I can trust that my baby is getting the best nutrition available, and ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. Yumi is also very responsive if you have an issue with your order. We had two boxes ship with issues when they arrived, but when I got on the chat with Yumi, they handled my account and immediately escalated the issues. The only downside of the two encounters is that because Yumi prepares enough food for the boxes their shipping that week to prevent waste, if you have an issue there isn't a way to get another box for the week. We've supplemented with different food we purchased at the yumi shop, but it is a let down when it happens.

GBPurées ok, but not worth terrible customer service and late deliveries Purées were mostly okay- some are way to watery to be served on their own. I started running into issues with the bites. Most were crumbled or mashed when they arrived, having defrosted along the way. They also have TERRIBLE customer service. I regret not switching to another company sooner. Also, my toddler who was never and is still not a picky eater didn’t like most of their bites. When I tasted them, I couldn’t blame him.

GBHealthy Option We loved having Yumi as a healthy option for our baby.

GBYumi Bars are a Godsend My son (just turned 3 years old) has struggled with constipation for the past year or so. We have tried many different remedies but none worked. I saw the Yumi cereal bars at Target and after I was impressed with the ingredient list and fiber content (5 grams!) I gave them a try. My son LOVES them and the fiber content made him completely regular and now he even is potty trained for #2 (#1 was relatively easy and he has been potty trained for months). No other cereal bar comes close in my opinion. We just bought a case of them directly from Yumi because we were having to go to the store multiple times a week to keep them in stock our son was eating them so much. Thank you!
