If you having a party you may you may not get your items I will NEVER us this Company again

Horrible service Horrible service! Ordered multiple baskets and only one was delivered on time. I ordered all baskets on December 3rd for Christmas delivery and paid in advance. I contacted them multiple times to ensure on time delivery because I had a similar issue last year. I was told no problem. The. I received an email on the 26th that delivery would be on the 27th or 28th. No explanation! No apology! This company is terrible.

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Ordered a gift card and then dead silence. No email. No calls. nothing. I contacted customer service to inquire. The response was vague, demanding more information for some sort of 'verification' of I have no clue whatsoever. A few days pass and still nothing from their end. I finally reached out and cancelled the order to which they promptly complied. Prejudice or complete incompetence, it was my first and hopefully the last experience with Igourmet. What a complete waste of time.

Unfortunately Unfortunately, I wish I had read the review below before I ordered 3 british luxury trunk for over $300 per trunk to be delivered on November 23rd. I placed this order in October for biggest client's top 3 executives. On Nov 23rd, rather than being delivered I received notification that one was set to be delivered. I called company and they had only one set to be sent but assured me it would be sent priority overnight. It was sent standard overnight. One sent to Utah was received Wed afternoon. Another was delivered on Wed at 1.20pm (closed for Thanksgiving) and the third was not delivered at all. Customer service never returned my calls or emails. We will never use this company again.

Never Again I like to give opportunity where I can. But, the reviews of the non-existent customer service are so correct, in this case. Not pleasant, curt, unresponsive to their own error! Never again. Too many other better rated businesses to choose same items from.
