Worst customer service! Worst customer service! I ordered over $400 of product and missed the first delivery attempt (6 hours earlier than estimated arrival time so I was at work). Customer service doesn’t care and it’s been over a week w/ little to no response. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated by Puffco… even though I’ve reached out 4 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM!!

Saw me looking for help, approached me kindly and step by step solved my issue, borderline instantaneously. I dont normally leave reviews, but sometimes good people deserve recognition. reward that man!

Hannah was very helpful and sweet Hannah was very helpful and sweet! She helped me fix my problem quickly! I broke my glass and they’re sending me a new one free of charge, wasn’t expecting this level of customer service but I’m really happy with it and I’ll be buying more puffco products in the future

Miranda was GREAT Miranda was GREAT! Super helpful and was able to get me warranty coverage a few weeks after the 1-year had expired. I had intermittent issues with the device and was in contact with the customer service teams a few times. Each time everyone was helpful and responsive. I ended up getting the entire base replaced at no cost and thus far, it works like a charm. Thanks again, Miranda.

10/10 thanks to the Puffco team and… 10/10 thanks to the Puffco team and Miranda from Puffco support to be able get me my new atomizer . Simply put this brand has a great product and even better team behind them . Lucky to have this sorted out and at a very convenient pace . Excited to get back to my peak .
