Not only was Sydnee kind and assisted me along the way with trouble shooting, her professionalism and patience along the process goes unnoticed. I have many products and accessories of puffco, and i have never been confident enough to reach out for assistance online; i can personally say this first time experience was above and beyond any experience I’ve had and went above my standards! GBHannah was very helpful and sweet Hannah was very helpful and sweet! She helped me fix my problem quickly! I broke my glass and they’re sending me a new one free of charge, wasn’t expecting this level of customer service but I’m really happy with it and I’ll be buying more puffco products in the future

GBSydnee was very helpful in assisting… Sydnee was very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting what was wrong with my peak, once discovered it was defective, they were able to get a replacement sent my way! Sydnee was also helpful in letting me know steps to take for the issue not to happen again!
PUFFCO SUCKS DICK
GBPuffco is a trash brand Puffco is a trash brand, I bought my puff co for christmas for my boyfriend. The first day we got it, it would not work at all. It kept throwing red lights over and over again. We emailed customer service which took soooo long only for them to tell us that we should check out this youtube video to help us basically take it apart and put it back together. After that it worked for less than a week before it completely stopped working. We reached out to puffco and they ultimately didn’t care or do anything to help us beside recommend a youtube video. I ended up purchasing another atomizer thinking that was the issue, but the atomizer just keeps throwing a rainbow code.Now here we are months later with wasted money on a company that only cares about their profit. Before purchasing the puffco we had used an off brand e-rig, which was way better, reliable and not so expensive (literally like half the cost of puffco) WASTE OF MONEY. DONT INVEST IN PUFFCO.

GBCaity was awesome and friendly! Caity was awesome and friendly! Ultimately, I reached out to support to share my experience with bricking and then fixing my bricked Peak Pro v2. (Essentially just need to terminate the app, restart phone, 20sec hold on peak power button, restart app and finish the update..voila) Love the company and glad they would warranty it if it didn't work out. Hope this helps someone!
