Puffco support was super fast and helpful, and were able to assist me in ordering a new part in a very speedy manor. Extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend their products to anyone!

GBMiranda was GREAT Miranda was GREAT! Super helpful and was able to get me warranty coverage a few weeks after the 1-year had expired. I had intermittent issues with the device and was in contact with the customer service teams a few times. Each time everyone was helpful and responsive. I ended up getting the entire base replaced at no cost and thus far, it works like a charm. Thanks again, Miranda.
