I broke my glass and they’re sending me a new one free of charge, wasn’t expecting this level of customer service but I’m really happy with it and I’ll be buying more puffco products in the future

GBExcellent customer support We purchased our Peak 2 months ago, and 100% due to user error we broke the atomizer. Puffco support was super fast and helpful, and were able to assist me in ordering a new part in a very speedy manor. Extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend their products to anyone!

GBWorst customer service! Worst customer service! I ordered over $400 of product and missed the first delivery attempt (6 hours earlier than estimated arrival time so I was at work). Customer service doesn’t care and it’s been over a week w/ little to no response. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated by Puffco… even though I’ve reached out 4 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED. RECONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM!!
