Quick with answers and a solution. I’ve only had to utilize the warranties 2 times in probably 7 years so I’m already a huge fan, but their customer service is always exceptional.

Caity was awesome and friendly! Caity was awesome and friendly! Ultimately, I reached out to support to share my experience with bricking and then fixing my bricked Peak Pro v2. (Essentially just need to terminate the app, restart phone, 20sec hold on peak power button, restart app and finish the update..voila) Love the company and glad they would warranty it if it didn't work out. Sydnee was also helpful in letting me know steps to take for the issue not to happen again!
