GBworst customer service experience worst customer service experience. pretty sure this website is a scam. i found others having the same issues as me in a reddit thread. they attempted to double charge my credit card. somehow usps attempted to deliver once and said my address didn't exist. 🙄 vaperoyalty won't even e-mail me back so i've had to dispute it with the credit card company. no number to call. honestly, go to mipod. i should've just stuck with them.

GBBad customer service /shipping Ordered Vapes. 18 days later still nothing in the mail. Vape Royalty "customer service" keeps blaming the USPS. They even told me to contact them for reimbursement, knowing I can't get that. They say once they ship it, it's out of their hands. The SELLER has the responsibility to deliver a paid order. NOT the buyer. Do NOT trust this company!

If you need to email them, they get back to you so fast and everyone of the employees are very polite and will do whatever they can to make it right and also there just to answer questions 😉 Everything I've ever ordered from them is really good. So if you want a good mod, juice and coil company, THEN PICK THESE GUYS! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST 👌

GBGreat company I’ve have been ordering for several months for this company and always good products and fast shipping. I had a vape that quit working right after I got it and figured nothing could be done about it. I emailed them and they had me send a short video of what it was doing and then they shipped me a replacement! I was shocked because it was just a defective disposable. Great company in my opinion.
