Disappointing Experience with Questionable Product Authenticity I have been a customer of this vape company for a while, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed and concerned. Over my last few orders, I received products that appeared to be counterfeit, particularly from the well-known SMOK brand. I contacted customer support, and they did send a replacement; however, it turned out to be a counterfeit as well. I question their commitment to providing genuine products and standing behind their merchandise. I hesitate to recommend this company due to their questionable practices and lack of transparency.

4/5 Not a bad option For Online Vapes Let’s start by saying Vape Royalty knows what they’re doing. At least in the customer service part of the company. My order was damaged but the moment I told Customer Service they sent me a new order free of charge. Unfortunately the next order one of my devices was damaged again but they refunded it without any hassle. Long story short Customer Service is great, but if they packaged their products better maybe they wouldn’t break during shipping.

One Stop GREAT Vape Supplier! Just don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else. I have been purchasing my vape juice from this company for years and tried a lot of different shops here and there and they just don’t compare to service and quality of product with this company.
