worst customer service experience worst customer service experience. pretty sure this website is a scam. i found others having the same issues as me in a reddit thread. they attempted to double charge my credit card. somehow usps attempted to deliver once and said my address didn't exist. 🙄 vaperoyalty won't even e-mail me back so i've had to dispute it with the credit card company. no number to call. honestly, go to mipod. i should've just stuck with them.

Amazing support The support I received from this company was phenomenal. I had bought a tank, and some replacement coils for a friend's Christmas present. There was an issue with shipping, and the original package was lost. They responded quickly to the inquiry, and talked me through the process of filing a claim through usps, and resent the order. I appreciate them greatly, and I'll be going through them for my friends gifts from now on.

Awesome Vape site Been a customer of Vape Royalty for several years. From mods to coils to juice and much more, they got all ya need. Had one problem recenly with ancorrect item. They corrected problem same day. Ordered friday, got order tuesday. Very fast shipping for sure. Definately would and do recommend Vape Royal to any and all.
