Customer service is virtually unreachable through the slim M-F 12-5 PM window provided, even if you shoot an email during the timeframe. Agents take anywhere from 2-4 days to respond to an inquiry on an item I purchased over three weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. The phone number that's provided on their website is disconnected, so there's no way of talking to anyone through that avenue. If you enjoy possibly waiting a month for an item to ship to you, with no concrete details of when it will arrive, then, by all means, this is the place to order from. Otherwise, avoid ordering anything from this company.
