GBCaveat emptor I've waited three days for some type of communication confirm some form of progress on my order. After I saw that the charge has went through on my card, I went ahead and attempted to call the business. The calls never went through and the number that was provided by my credit card company was responded with a machine saying calls were not accepted at this time. In addition to this, the web page with the order status does not load consistently if at all. All of these factors obliterates any faith I have in this company.

GBBroken glass in shipment Piece showed up broken, not packed properly box inside of shipping box was damaged, glass shards everywhere inside case. UPDATE: Reached contact online, resolving issue. Online support very helpful. Looking forward to trying this piece out if replacement makes it unharmed.

GBBEWARE Beware. They sent me the wrong item - incorrectly labeled by them. Very slow communication; several emails later, and two weeks from when I first ordered, they sent me the correct item but incorrect color. I would never order from them again.

CAGreat service - Quick delivery - Fast Response from Customer service Great service. Excellent price. Received the item before expected delivery date. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but if you’re ordering within BC I had no issues. I would advise replying to the negative reviews and investigating further because I got worried at first when I saw these reviews but wanted to give this company a shot. Great work!

GBI ordered a double chamber glass bong I ordered a double chamber glass bong. The top chamber doesn't hold water. It seems to have a small crack or hole in it. I sent a short video of the water draining out of the chamber to Sam in customer service and she had another one sent out right away. They were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely order from Everyone Does It again.
