Worst service and customer service I’ve… Worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! I made my order on 7/11/20 and didn’t receive my order until 7/31/20! I emailed twice about the status of my order and both responses were snooty and belittling! Do not waste your money and time with this company!

I've ordered with thousands of dollars… I've ordered with thousands of dollars from them, because as a retailer I order all my vape products that I sell to my customers from Heaven Gifts. I have own contact person there who I can always contact by phone or Whatsapp. I don't see a reason why some people don't trust them. I'm sure there's just some misunderstanding happened between the customer and Heaven Gifts.

I've dealt with many sellers and this… I've dealt with many sellers and this is the first seller that intentionally tried to cheat me. The vape mod I received was defective and they told me to update the firmware. When that didn't solve the problems I asked for a replacement for the defective mod and they immediately stopped answering my msgs. I opened a case with Aliexpress and they tried to block my refund In a very stupid and dishonest way. Aliexpress gave me a refund for the defective vape mod. I am an avid vaper and am active in the vaping community and not only will I never buy from Heavengifts again, My friends won't either and anytime we are discussing sellers/suppliers on the vaping forums I will tell about my bad experience with Heavengifts.

Worst service and e-shop ever Get wholesale account here, tryied to make an order first the agent just ignored me, later when finished order, they said that doesn't have a lot items, and other items it would be shipped from different warehouse. Carefully worst service to communicate as wholesaler, and slowest, a lot of items are out of stock. Regards to worst agent Maggie. And dear HG team think more about to customers, not about yourself.

Jumping Through Hoops They sent me an order out on 6/22 I got it 7/7 their shipping list was in the box I order a silver 2ml child lock tank from Ijust they sent me a silver 3ml silver full kit I told them they sent the wrong thing so to make this short they had me send all the numbers off the kit box the tracking # then they said that's not there's I got it mixed up at my house with another box because the tracking # doesn't match theirs They will have you Jumping Through Hoops instead taking the blame
