Thieves Ordered 2atomisers at the beginning of August for which I payed £31:02 I have never received them as they well know but they have taken my money and refused to refund me.the police tell me there is nothing they can do about this.these people are thieves PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this disgraceful set up they are thieving scum.unfortunately I had to give a one star rating as I could find no way to give them a true rating of no stars.BE WARNED.

Worst service and customer service I’ve… Worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! I made my order on 7/11/20 and didn’t receive my order until 7/31/20! I emailed twice about the status of my order and both responses were snooty and belittling! Do not waste your money and time with this company!

I've ordered with thousands of dollars… I've ordered with thousands of dollars from them, because as a retailer I order all my vape products that I sell to my customers from Heaven Gifts. I have own contact person there who I can always contact by phone or Whatsapp. I don't see a reason why some people don't trust them. I'm sure there's just some misunderstanding happened between the customer and Heaven Gifts.

Worst Ecig website ever.... Ordered an ijoy capo squonk on october 13th 2017, fast forward to november 13th, had to argue with them to ship any color. Seeing rainbow "was not in stock yet". Now its december 10th and the tracking number just now says origin post preparing for shipment. Never ordering from them again. Its going to be a total of 3 months by the time this item arrives. If there was a negative star rating they'd of received that seeing 1 star is still to good for them.
