If you have problems with shipping delays look if it's partial pre order or preorder and click on the link to see the time wait. They are authentic check their certificates or contact manufacturers about it. I think people should educate themselves on a site before buying so they don't come on here and rant. go to a brick and mortar pay the 50% markup if you don't like them.

Beaware of this scammers and… Beaware of this scammers and fraudsters, They also have a store on Aliexpress. They provide fake tracking numbers, items not shipped. When you open disputes, they demand you close it before they would issue refund. They sell pre order items as items in stock, so you wait and when you question them, they provide fake tracking numbers so you lose again.

Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! I purchased a predator 228 electronic cigarette mod from heaven gifts and it stopped working within 2 months. I contacted them for support and they agreed to send me a new mod as mine would not be repairable. It has been a week since their last message.They have stopped answering messages and thus unwilling to send me a refund/new mod. I would not advise anyone to ever buy products from heaven gifts e-cigarette web shop as you will never get a replacement/refund when your product has defects, even if they promised to do this.
