I have been waiting for over a month… I have been waiting for over a month now and warranty issues not solved. Can’t phone and my emails go unanswered! Would never have supported them if I knew they had such terrible Customer Service I feel completely Ripped Off!

Davinci's seem to be disposable.. Davinci's seem to be disposable... They can't get completely clean unless you literally pour alcohol into the unit and pray for it not to get damaged 😅👍🏻 There's an uncomfortable space where tar and resin accumulates... You can't clean that... it's discussing and if you are a heavy user like me... You'll start to develop nausea and headaches because is disgustingly dirty inside. (And yes, I clean my vaporizer at least 1 or 2 times per week) To finish this review; I have cut my hand, broke a couple of nails, and damaged some tools at home today when trying to clean this thing... I lasted 2.15 hours. This is not sustainable folks. FYI: Smart breathing paths and battery issues started to arise at 1.5 months of purchase (Unbelievable) I wish I had read all of this

Faulty products, 0 customer support, waste of £300 **AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE** ** LOOK AT PAX VAPES INSTEAD** Product stopped working after a few months, no reply from customer service after 5 days, took making a Reddit post to have an admin/employee even comment, mind you it wasn't even directly at me, Avoid their over priced faulty products, you won't be getting any support and your warranty is useless.

Replacement of defective device In March 2023 I had problems with battery charging on the IQ I bought 5 years before. I have contacted their customer service and they identified it as an issue with the charging chip. They have proposed that they send me brand new IQC and they did it so in few days. The communication with the woman from their customer service was awesome. The new IQC they sent me is a level better device then previous IQ, which i loved much too. Thanks DaVinci!

This is the worst customer service This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product
