GBInferior product/ customer service. I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back,and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

GBThis is the worst customer service This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product

GBSimple query, no response for THREE weeks and still waiting. Sorry for another negative review, but how can I not give one star when I have been emailing them twice a week for three weeks without a reply. Especially as the query was a very simple one about an accessory. Why do so many companies now simply don’t care.

ISThis company ruined my product which… This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!

GBCompany is scamming people! Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
