They can't get completely clean unless you literally pour alcohol into the unit and pray for it not to get damaged 😅👍🏻 There's an uncomfortable space where tar and resin accumulates... You can't clean that... it's discussing and if you are a heavy user like me... You'll start to develop nausea and headaches because is disgustingly dirty inside. (And yes, I clean my vaporizer at least 1 or 2 times per week) To finish this review; I have cut my hand, broke a couple of nails, and damaged some tools at home today when trying to clean this thing... I lasted 2.15 hours. This is not sustainable folks. FYI: Smart breathing paths and battery issues started to arise at 1.5 months of purchase (Unbelievable) I wish I had read all of this

Simple query, no response for THREE weeks and still waiting. Sorry for another negative review, but how can I not give one star when I have been emailing them twice a week for three weeks without a reply. Especially as the query was a very simple one about an accessory. Why do so many companies now simply don’t care.

Inferior product/ customer service. I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back,and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

Company is scamming people! Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
