Horrible all the way around I am so very disappointed with DaVinci! they sent me a defective device - it never worked from the moment I opened it up. I contacted support via their contact us and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to file a case with my credit card for the fraudulent behavior and got my money back. Do yourself a favor and buy a ZEUS - I bought one and love it!

This company ruined my product which… This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!

Best vaporizer you could get My friend let me try his DaVinci Vaporizer a few weeks back, and the difference in my perception of what a 'good vaporizer' was changed completely. The very next day, I bought one off the website pain-free and had it on my doorstep within a couple of days. Best buying decision I've ever made! I use it everyday now and the ruggedness of the unit makes it easy for me to carry it around in my backpack without worrying about anything breaking. The added bonus is that I can pull it out in public to use without worrying about anyone giving me weird looks since it just looks like a walkie talkie from afar.

Simple query, no response for THREE weeks and still waiting. Sorry for another negative review, but how can I not give one star when I have been emailing them twice a week for three weeks without a reply. Especially as the query was a very simple one about an accessory. Why do so many companies now simply don’t care.

Davinci's seem to be disposable.. Davinci's seem to be disposable... They can't get completely clean unless you literally pour alcohol into the unit and pray for it not to get damaged 😅👍🏻 There's an uncomfortable space where tar and resin accumulates... You can't clean that... it's discussing and if you are a heavy user like me... You'll start to develop nausea and headaches because is disgustingly dirty inside. (And yes, I clean my vaporizer at least 1 or 2 times per week) To finish this review; I have cut my hand, broke a couple of nails, and damaged some tools at home today when trying to clean this thing... I lasted 2.15 hours. This is not sustainable folks. FYI: Smart breathing paths and battery issues started to arise at 1.5 months of purchase (Unbelievable) I wish I had read all of this
