CAJust finished the 12 Week Achillesโฆ Just finished the 12 Week Achilles Rehab Program. I am a few years off a left Achilles full rupture and started this program a few after I had torn my right gastrocnemius muscle. I was committed and diligent about following through to continue to enjoy the activities I love. I noticed immediate results with pain free running and improved strength in both legs. I had one question in the programming and received a quick response. All I all it was an awesome purchase, easy to use app and Iโm faster now than before my most recent injury!

INSelf-help Instgram profile to keep coming back to I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. Prehab Guys very effectively address all the mobility and strengthening issues I personally faced/face. GBAn amazing resource Access to knowledge like this makes everyone better stewards of their own health. It is invaluable to have video content and designated areas of focus, for example "low back pain" or "Knee Pre-hab". Prevention really is the best cure. AUbuilding my bod stronger from the core outโฆ I'm currently in the process of building my bod stronger from the core out! I've now completed a few of the Prehab Guys routines, Thoracic spine being one of them. This course has give me the knowledge to recognize what my Thoracic Spine actually is and the movements that it's responsible for. I was able to build the strength I needed to help stabilize my core, and reduce tightness in my upper back which I had thought was normal. Cheers for the knowledge Prehab
