GBThis was helpful... A few years ago I did a test of dorsiflection and discovered that I had very limited mobility in my ankles/lower legs. Then, I injured my right achilles resulting in less mobility. I decided to try this program to help prevent any new injury. After 5 weeks I have noticed increased mobility in both legs. I missed week six due to vacation but am planning to do the cycle one more time. My only suggestion is to the exercises on both legs. I modified the program to do this so that I wasn't unevenly training (mostly by doing the other leg during the rest time).

GBI came in to see the Prehab teamโฆ I came in to see the Prehab team because of a lower back injury- Iโd never been to physical therapy before but I am very happy that I did. To start, the facility itself is just awesome- very inviting and clean atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. Itโs clear that they really know what theyโre talking about and I myself received a great education in terms of how to take care of my injury and make progress going forward. INSelf-help Instgram profile to keep coming back to I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. Prehab Guys very effectively address all the mobility and strengthening issues I personally faced/face. AUbuilding my bod stronger from the core outโฆ I'm currently in the process of building my bod stronger from the core out! I've now completed a few of the Prehab Guys routines, Thoracic spine being one of them. This course has give me the knowledge to recognize what my Thoracic Spine actually is and the movements that it's responsible for. I was able to build the strength I needed to help stabilize my core, and reduce tightness in my upper back which I had thought was normal. Cheers for the knowledge Prehab
