Bad experience The kit took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was what looked like mold growing in/on the preservative container. I told them but submitted it anyway, and they confirmed the sample had been contaminated. They actually told me they are unable to send a replacement kit because they are pausing operations (commendable if true, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by their website) and recommended I take a full refund. I requested the refund 3 weeks ago and, although they said it would process within 10 days, I have still not received it.

The only sperm storage product worth considering Dadi is using the best and most forward-thinking technology on the market when it comes to sperm storage. And it's not even close. The product is designed well and easy to use. Customer support has gone above and beyond answering any questions or concerns that I've had all along the way. And the guidance from experts and nursing support have given me complete confidence in our family planning journey.

Off experience The customer support initially came across as rude (they clarified later) in explaining how we can have a sample not viable, offered to have further explanation. Also, their box broke in transit, just by looking at it, you can see it needs to be better designed for protection (it’s all around very hard) not much cushion inside just more plastic. They sent me another box and it got processed. After getting the results and being worried went to our doctors and they said to take it with a grain of salt. This box is great if you’re not TTC and just want info, if TTC just go to your doctor. Overall ok experience. The results are easy to read.

Dave was really helpful We are looking for somewhere to do homekits for our family. And while we can not use this service for our family, and I was ready to go on an internet rant about it, Dave was extremely helpful to explain why and to help point us in the right direction for our needs. Sadly it is not the company's choice and they would do it if they could. Hopefully in the future big gov takes its hand from our choices with our own bodies. Ill be recommending this kit to others based on our experience with Dave.

Fast and Easy The Dadi kit takes as much awkwardness as it can out of the process of sperm storage. It's simple, instructions are easy, returning is easy. Results were quicker than expected. Storage prices are reasonable. No hassle at all. Glad to have used them.
