AVOID SCAMMERS Rebranded from your smile direct and basically left all customers in the lurch ! Just disappeared on us all without a word of warning ! How disgusting to do that to people.. some are in treatment and stuck now and will have to fork out more money to have teeth straightened! Some just paid and receiving NO TREATMENT THIEFTS

Scam! Scam! Do not use have taken all my money and not answering emails. This is obviously criminal and I am investigating as is Martin Lewis. Ken do you still work there? Please refund me in full immediately before I am forced to take legal action

AVOID THESE PEOPLE Awful, started my treatment in December 2019 and all was fine, now coming to the end of my treatment it seems my final set of aligners is purposefully off so I need refinements, took over a month to send out a kit and emails take weeks to respond to. No communication about their rebrand from yoursmiledirect/liquidation complete shambles. Don’t spend your money here there are countless others with the same offer. Can now no longer even access my treatment plan either. Save the money you may put into this and just do invisalign honestly you will be devastated by your dealings with these people.

Previously Your Smile Direct Previously Your Smile Direct. Cannot get in touch with them. Emails keep bouncing back and phone line disconnected. Half way through my aligner treatment, paid up front for aligners, retainer and teeth whitening. Not yet at the point where I need the retainer and the teeth whitening but now that Your Smile Direct has gone into liquidation I highly doubt I'll be receiving those. I initially paid with my credit card and have submitted a dispute form with all the details. I also included a link to this forum so I suggest you do the same. Still waiting to hear back from the bank and I'll keep you all updated as to whether I can claw back anything

Alignerly is owned by the same guy Graham Byrne who has left hundreds of customers at your smile direct out of pocket and now having to seek treatment elsewhere. My advice would be to pay for a proper high street orthodontist.
