Rating 0* Rating 0* How do I go about getting a full refund from YOUR SMILE DIRECT now seen to be known as Alignerly… I want my money back as they went into liquidation which left me with an unfinished teeth treatment!!!

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I never write reviews but I had to this time. I paid for the full treatment under their previous alias Your Smile Direct and they have failed to fulfil that treatment and just rebranded to Alignerly. Myself and many others are left with thousands of pounds of debt and no product/end result. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE them or any of their sister… DO NOT USE them or any of their sister companies, SCAM ARTISTS. They were formerly Your smile direct which went into liquidation and by the sounds of it have left hundreds, if not thousands of people in the dark after taking their money without providing any customer care of in some instances, no aligners at all.

Shocking customer service You have taken over Your Smile Direct and not contacted your customers to explain what’s going on. This poor communication has caused a lot of worry and upset to hundreds of customers. Please reply to your emails, phone messages and social media comments.

Previously Your Smile Direct Previously Your Smile Direct. Cannot get in touch with them. Emails keep bouncing back and phone line disconnected. Half way through my aligner treatment, paid up front for aligners, retainer and teeth whitening. Not yet at the point where I need the retainer and the teeth whitening but now that Your Smile Direct has gone into liquidation I highly doubt I'll be receiving those. I initially paid with my credit card and have submitted a dispute form with all the details. I also included a link to this forum so I suggest you do the same. Still waiting to hear back from the bank and I'll keep you all updated as to whether I can claw back anything
