GBCustomer Disservice Deserves Zero Stars Quick to collect my fee but very slow to refund when they said my insurance would not pay for a generic that I normally get at no cost. Chat did not respond to my request for refund. I should have read the negative reviews before getting involved in this mess.

GBI ordered some medication for 27$ then… I ordered some medication for 27$ then after few hours they send me message that is wrong and I need to pay 40$ so I cancelled order.I received message that they will return my money which I didn't receive. So never again...

GBI Love Nurx! I absolutely love this app due to how convenient it makes it to get the things that I need. It makes getting my birth control very simple & inexpensive. I always receive an email with a tracking number before my medications even ship. They're always on time, if not early. It's very comforting to have such a reliable resource for something I so heavily rely on in my life. I really never have any questions because anything I could possibly wonder about is already communicated to me through an email so I'm up to date on everything & I know what's going on well before it happens. There's no expensive doctor visits because it's all done online & they offer many other products as well. All in all, I think this app is great & I don't see myself going anywhere else. GBFine service, until you have an issue It was an alright service, until I ran into an issue. Then I had to deal with long waits for responses to my messages. They never solved the issue, which is that the post office didn't deliver my meds and I needed a replacement. They didn't seem to care that I was out of my meds and just kept steering me to the USPS and checking with my neighbors. I told them twice that I couldn't find it and requested a replacement (I would pay the difference, I added). They were ready to see me go before they helped me with my medications. I'm struggling so bad with my hormones right now, it's not even funny :(

GBWorst Telehealth experience imaginable Worst Telehealth experience imaginable. If you want to use a company that only responds with Robots and rarely if ever actually gets back to you then this is the place for you. Seriously awful, irresponsibly unresponsive. These people are thieves and should be thrown in jail.
