We were able to chat with our salesman, Tim who was very helpful in explaining all our questions in a very professional manner. We chose all the options we wanted in a timely manner. Purchase made simple !! Tim was not a fast talking, hurry up sales person ! My first call to Tim was for information only, and he was kind and replied with all the information I needed. I called back to purchase the mobility scooter and Tim was very efficient in processing the purchase.

Customer support has been wonderful as… Customer support has been wonderful as far as keeping me updated. Laura R contacted me about the model I ordered was discontinued. Med mart offered me an upgrade for free which truly was a blessing. I'm financing the scooter and only allowed so much, so knowing that I could get the scooter upgrade for free was a blessing. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to get at least 1 year protection plan because I would have been over my loan amount but nevertheless I'm grateful to be able to purchase a new scooter for my mom. Grateful to God for leading me to Med mart website.

I called ( Saturday) to get more info… I called ( Saturday) to get more info re: a specific lift to use for my husband. The representative I spoke with was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I placed the order the same day and was told I should receive the lift by the end of the week.
