Store no good but call great After a bad experience in the Smithville Rd store Darryl called and was very helpful. Asked good questions and explained things very well.

Good company To order medical equipment Everyone at the company was so nice to deal with. It was just sometimes hard to get a hold of someone. But also their computer system was down so I just remembered so that explains that. I did like that they had gone over the different types of equipment and what each piece could do that was very important to figure that out so I didn’t have to return anything.

Helpful staff The staff were very helpful in making my purchase. The only negative aspect is they added sales tax on to the bill for a tax free purchase. I am trusting they will get this taken care of soon.

Hope this gets resolved On Friday afternoon, I got a message saying my order was delivered. It was not. I am hoping it will be dropped off Monday. Otherwise, the order process and communication have been good. Hoping for a good resolution.

Med Mart was t place… Med Mart was the most competitive place wise, then to top it off, I had the pleasure of dealing with “Lyn” as my contact person. I found her to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Her communication skills were excellent. I am extremely impressed with my purchase from Med Mart.
