Shaky start-up Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

Comfort medical has done great things… Comfort medical has done great things for me. If I have a question or I can’t understand something they’re always there to help me. Everybody is so polite and helpful. I would never go to another company. I would recommend this company to anybody that I know.

Off to a Great Start Wow, I have been dealing with multiple DME companies over the years and your friendly greeting by Lynette made my long day. She was so helpful in guiding me through the ordering process and what to expect. Plus she was able to work out my insurance challenges. I am impressed with the Coloplast products and look forward to getting my first delivery.

Help With Returning Supplies I had called to have an order placed on hold so I could try a different bag that was being sent to me to try from Coloplast but the order was sent out anyway so I ended up with a three month of supply of bags that I may not want if the other bag works out better. I called and spoke with David at comfort Medical and told him of the problem and he had Kate, a customer service agent call me and set up a return. Fed Ex came two days later and picked up the pouches. Was so grateful for such wonderful customer service. David and Kate represent your company well.

The Customer Service staff are terrific… The Customer Service staff are terrific on the phone. They are always pleasant and helpful. Compliments and thanks to them all. My biggest problem with Comfort Medical is your website. It is impossible to use unless you are ordering the exact same products and quantities as the previous order. I really thought it would be fixed by now. Thank you.
