It means a lot to me that this company is owned by the manufacturer of my chosen products. I had disasterous experiences with my former supply company. Communication is a high priority to me.The representitive ( lovely lady named Chris) that I spoke with took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me of the status of my first order. The order arrived as promised and was complete and correct.

Thank you to customer service I normally don’t write reviews but this one. I recently changed my doctor due to new insurance I spoke with Beverly who helped me through the process until I seen my new doctor. I wasn’t sure if I would get my order before running out of supplies. I am glad I went back with Comfort Medical for my ostomy products.

Off to a Great Start Wow, I have been dealing with multiple DME companies over the years and your friendly greeting by Lynette made my long day. She was so helpful in guiding me through the ordering process and what to expect. Plus she was able to work out my insurance challenges. I am impressed with the Coloplast products and look forward to getting my first delivery.

Things are getting better. Previously my experiences have been frustrating to say the least. Getting a live body on the phone in a timely manner was next to impossible. But now I have the email address of a customer service rep who has made it so much easier to order my refills. This last time was the easiest and best yet of my 4 times of ordering. Hopefully this trend continues. The only glitch was I wasn’t notified when my shipment shipped and the FedEx driver did not put it in a dry area so the exterior box got very wet and one of the interior boxes was wet as well but thankfully nothing was ruined.

Comfort Medical is the best. Comfort Medical is so easy to work with when ordering supplies. Their representatives are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They even call ahead to make sure I have supplies on hand or if I need to re-order. It doesn't get any better than that.
