GBShaky start-up Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

GBComfort Medical is the best. Comfort Medical is so easy to work with when ordering supplies. Their representatives are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They even call ahead to make sure I have supplies on hand or if I need to re-order. It doesn't get any better than that.

GBComfort medical has done great things… Comfort medical has done great things for me. If I have a question or I can’t understand something they’re always there to help me. Everybody is so polite and helpful. I would never go to another company. I would recommend this company to anybody that I know.

GBHelp With Returning Supplies I had called to have an order placed on hold so I could try a different bag that was being sent to me to try from Coloplast but the order was sent out anyway so I ended up with a three month of supply of bags that I may not want if the other bag works out better. I called and spoke with David at comfort Medical and told him of the problem and he had Kate, a customer service agent call me and set up a return. Fed Ex came two days later and picked up the pouches. Was so grateful for such wonderful customer service. David and Kate represent your company well.

GBNo response with Online order Placed an order for my father's Ostomy supplies on February 23rd via the company's website. As of March 8th had no response from the company. Contacted the company via phone and the representative stated she could not locate my father's account. After giving her the information several times she suddenly is able to locate his account. At this point she asked which products does my father use? When given the information, she stated they do not carry that brand. (Hollister) The website allowed me to choose Hollister and WHY did NO ONE contact us? We have been waiting for a response since February 23rd! If the brand you prefer is Hollister, skip right by this company. When signing up online, expect ZERO customer service. While allow consumers to sign up online only to be ignored?
