GBDon’t know…been trying to reorder my… Don’t know…been trying to reorder my catheters for almost 1 month. Am almost out and will be forced to reuse them. Don’t know why they can’t communicate issue with dr. This is VERY disappointing as I’ve been a customer for over 1 decade and have never had this problem before. It is now Feb 5 and I STILl haven’t received my order. Will try to get by and reuse catheters. Sorry state of affairs and on the part of supplier and their vendors.

GBShaky start-up Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....

GBNo response with Online order Placed an order for my father's Ostomy supplies on February 23rd via the company's website. As of March 8th had no response from the company. Contacted the company via phone and the representative stated she could not locate my father's account. After giving her the information several times she suddenly is able to locate his account. At this point she asked which products does my father use? When given the information, she stated they do not carry that brand. (Hollister) The website allowed me to choose Hollister and WHY did NO ONE contact us? We have been waiting for a response since February 23rd! If the brand you prefer is Hollister, skip right by this company. When signing up online, expect ZERO customer service. While allow consumers to sign up online only to be ignored?

GBI had a problem with my order sitting… I had a problem with my order sitting in “processing” for two weeks so I called the customer service line. I was connected to someone’s house where I could hear a woman talking and children crying. After a few moments of me saying “hello?”, she hung up the call without actually speaking to me. Fortunately when I called back I got a nice young man who was able to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten one of these work-from-home agents. The quality of customer service is hit and miss. I’ve had them with parrots squawking in the background, children screaming and one was even cooking, pots and pans rattling and a kitchen timer going off. I don’t like having to keep calling back in the hopes of getting someone who A) speaks fluent English and B) is actually able to do the job. If they’re cooking, cleaning, taking care of a baby, they’re not able to help customers. It’s wasting everyone’s time. Please either use some quality controls, or get rid of the work from home group and put in a proper customer service center.
