GBOn hold now for over 30 minutes - unreliable On hold now for over 30 minutes. Callback promised never happened. Ordered needed supplies on 10/16. No real explanation for not delivering. Called daily for nearly two weeks. Also, they have continually billed me improperly which they continue to correct. Don't know what's happened to this company.

GBCindy Schlussel-account manager I dealt with Cindy Shussel for the past two days to try to straighten out my situation with supply issues. She not only resolved all my problems(something no other customer care person has yet to take the time to do), she is also caring about her patients. I found her to be efficient, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She resolved all my problems, called and spoke to me about what she was trying to accomplish to fix the issue. I can not say enough how grateful I am that I was able to deal with her. She will be the ONLY person I will deal with in the future.

GBHelp With Returning Supplies I had called to have an order placed on hold so I could try a different bag that was being sent to me to try from Coloplast but the order was sent out anyway so I ended up with a three month of supply of bags that I may not want if the other bag works out better. I called and spoke with David at comfort Medical and told him of the problem and he had Kate, a customer service agent call me and set up a return. Fed Ex came two days later and picked up the pouches. Was so grateful for such wonderful customer service. David and Kate represent your company well.

GBI am a brand new client and ostomy… I am a brand new client and ostomy patient. I have high hopes for my relationship with your company. It means a lot to me that this company is owned by the manufacturer of my chosen products. I had disasterous experiences with my former supply company. Communication is a high priority to me.The representitive ( lovely lady named Chris) that I spoke with took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me of the status of my first order. The order arrived as promised and was complete and correct.

GBThings are getting better. Previously my experiences have been frustrating to say the least. Getting a live body on the phone in a timely manner was next to impossible. But now I have the email address of a customer service rep who has made it so much easier to order my refills. This last time was the easiest and best yet of my 4 times of ordering. Hopefully this trend continues. The only glitch was I wasn’t notified when my shipment shipped and the FedEx driver did not put it in a dry area so the exterior box got very wet and one of the interior boxes was wet as well but thankfully nothing was ruined.
