Our sales rep, Brandon Bomar, is another reason we are so happy with your organization. If we are considering a product, the first call we make is to Brandon. He researches products for us, sets up appointments for reps to come and demonstrate products, and always follows up with us to get our feedback. We consider Brandon an integral part of our practice. We don't know what we would do without him. He certainly gives superior service and is an excellent example of a "valued" employee.

Delivery of Dental Materials I ordered a box of Snap temporary crown powder, which I needed for work on Monday - since we are closed on Friday, the instructions were to leave the Snap at my office manager's house, who lives a mile from my office. The materials were never delivered, even though UPS stated that they were left at the front door. I had to scramble;e around to find alternatives for making my temporaries until I could place an order with another company, who delivered the Snap that afternoon. We never did find out where the Snap was delivered to.

Excellent customer service This company definitely aims to please, and Paul Fratella is truly an amazing rep. He definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and he truly cares about your practice. I have had many reps in my years of dentistry, and by far Paul has been one of the best I have had and he has exceeded my expectations. Excellent products and service, website ordering difficult Excellent products and services. Have always had problems with ordering via the website, however. Our previous personalization is either not available to load or the editor errors so it can't load. Every time I have to wait at least a couple additional days to contact Smart Practice by phone and get the proofs approved. It would be great if this part of the website would be updated.

We've been using SmartPractice for… We've been using SmartPractice for quite a while now and have never had a bad experience. Very good pricing on everyday supplies like charts, stickers, etc. as well as some custom promotional goods. And our rep Teri is wonderful, very helpful, goes out of her way to check on us periodically as well as assisting us with our important promo orders. I would definitely recommend them!
