They have gone above and beyond for our office. Back when they were selling dental supplies I never allowed another company to try and take our business just because of the customer service. Now that they do only the marketing, I work with Susan. She is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when designing our products. Gives good advice on what works, finds ways to help us save money, and she is super sweet! I would always recommend Susan at Smart Practice for your marketing needs!!

GBWe've been using SmartPractice for… We've been using SmartPractice for quite a while now and have never had a bad experience. Very good pricing on everyday supplies like charts, stickers, etc. as well as some custom promotional goods. And our rep Teri is wonderful, very helpful, goes out of her way to check on us periodically as well as assisting us with our important promo orders. I would definitely recommend them!

GBSmart Practice ships what we need… Smart Practice ships what we need immediately, and has never made a mistake on the order. Our patients love the mini lip balms so much, we can barely keep them in stock. They are asking for the mint flavor (no longer available) and I hope they begin offering that option soon.

Setting up an account was very easy without any hassles. No sales reps bugging me during office hours while I'm trying to treat patients.

GBExcellent products and service, website ordering difficult Excellent products and services. Have always had problems with ordering via the website, however. Our previous personalization is either not available to load or the editor errors so it can't load. Every time I have to wait at least a couple additional days to contact Smart Practice by phone and get the proofs approved. It would be great if this part of the website would be updated.
