Awesome Job!! Smart Practice is awesome from customer service to products ordered. They made sure all my needs were meet and my orders needed were shipped by time needed i would so recommend them to other practices. They take time in answering all questions and are very helpful, they make your time valuable and do not rush through process i am very happy to have them and will keep ordering and strongly recommend to friends for supplies. thank you again appreciate your help.

No complaints I order a number of supplies for my dental office from SmartPractice and they always ship the correct product in a very timely manner. They don't have everything I need, which is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

He definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and he truly cares about your practice. I have had many reps in my years of dentistry, and by far Paul has been one of the best I have had and he has exceeded my expectations. Excellent products and service, website ordering difficult Excellent products and services. Have always had problems with ordering via the website, however. Our previous personalization is either not available to load or the editor errors so it can't load. Every time I have to wait at least a couple additional days to contact Smart Practice by phone and get the proofs approved. It would be great if this part of the website would be updated.

4 stars. 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars but the fact the first rep. I worked with, by the name of David, was not much help at all. When I asked about using a certain text color, or envelope he just told me no we cant do that and no you cannot customize certain things that the catalog said we could. So fine, I just ordered it as basic as it comes due to the fact he said we could not use what we wanted. Then I called back to ask a question about our order and a different rep. (Lori ) helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and told me she would just cancel the order he put in a put in exactly what he wanted and seemed unsure why David told me we could not customize the holiday cards we were ordering. She got everything I wanted perfect and was a lot of help in correcting what David had done. Once we received the product it came out just like we wanted.
