toothbrush is well priced I like working with Steph and she gets us the best deal on toothbrushes. We have handed out over 9000 toothbrushes through community activities in our first year and so getting the best price is important to us.

No complaints I order a number of supplies for my dental office from SmartPractice and they always ship the correct product in a very timely manner. They don't have everything I need, which is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

The operator was a bit rude The operator was a bit rude, hard to understand and sharp with me when I asked for her to repeat what she had said. Also, I don’t know what is available from your company so I ask questions. I would suggest she get some customer service training.

Excellent customer service This company definitely aims to please, and Paul Fratella is truly an amazing rep. He definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and he truly cares about your practice.
