We've been using SmartPractice for… We've been using SmartPractice for quite a while now and have never had a bad experience. Very good pricing on everyday supplies like charts, stickers, etc. as well as some custom promotional goods. And our rep Teri is wonderful, very helpful, goes out of her way to check on us periodically as well as assisting us with our important promo orders. I would definitely recommend them!

Personalized Service! Very pleased with your prices and very pleased with the personalized service I receive each time I call. Our sales rep, Brandon Bomar, is another reason we are so happy with your organization. If we are considering a product, the first call we make is to Brandon. He researches products for us, sets up appointments for reps to come and demonstrate products, and always follows up with us to get our feedback. We consider Brandon an integral part of our practice. We don't know what we would do without him. He certainly gives superior service and is an excellent example of a "valued" employee.

Would use another company if I could go back in time Placed over $1000 order for our open house 5 weeks prior to event, was told that was plenty of time. After 2 weeks, called to check, was told I'd receive a call back by two different employees, no one called back. I have now ended up having to call over 6 times to check on the status, 2 items have shipped (one on time and one late), the other 2 haven't shipped and we're at the 4 week mark. Only individual who gave me information was Bill, who told me three out of the 4 vendors changed suppliers, which is highly unusual. Overall really disappointed in my experience. Lack of communication is the biggest concern, I will likely move to another company as they cannot provide firm answers or explanations.

Customer for years I have been working with Smart Practice for several years. I have always felt that the reps I worked with were always super helpful. They have gone above and beyond for our office. Back when they were selling dental supplies I never allowed another company to try and take our business just because of the customer service. Now that they do only the marketing, I work with Susan. She is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when designing our products. Gives good advice on what works, finds ways to help us save money, and she is super sweet! I would always recommend Susan at Smart Practice for your marketing needs!!

Amy in Customer Service needs to be fired. called up and spoke to Amy in customer service...asked if she could help me place an order...she was so smug and bitchy...I never placed my order. She needs to be replaced. Its obvious she hates her job.
