Fine if you never ask questions tl;dr: Hart is use to dealing with old people on Medicare. If you need to ask questions or have working class insurance, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. McClaren sent us home with Oxygen from this company after my wife had COVID. Over four months, each time I called for supplies I begged to know how much this was going to cost and to get a bill sent to me. Each time I was told it was fully covered by my insurance. After two months, they told me we hadn’t signed the right paper but their solution was to have a driver bring it to us, but the drivers only come out during working hours. We’re a working family ourselves; that doesn’t work for us. Somehow they couldn’t figure out how to drop a piece of paper in the mail! Eventually they emailed it to us so that we could sign it, scan it, and email back. That process alone was [expletive] ridiculous! When we finally got a bill, we’d racked up $500 worth of costs that had not been covered as they assured me. We have insurance, but we live paycheck to paycheck and I can’t pull that kind of money out of thin air! Trying to stop their service requires a discharge evaluation with your doctor. Her doc books two months out! When I told them that also wouldn’t work for us and we couldn’t afford this service, they gave me a hard time but eventually said we could sign some kind of discharge waiver. Trying to schedule to have their equipment picked up was also frustrating. It took me telling them, “if you don’t get it by Friday, it’ll be on the porch.” My wife has tried to call to get the bill worked out, but she only gets call backs while we’re at work when we can’t take calls! The one time she got ahold of someone, she explained what we’d been told and that we didn’t have this kind of money. The biller said she’d talk to her supervisor and they’d get back to us. Two months later we got another bill and voicemails threatening to send us to collections. At this point, we welcome it! Debt collectors would be easier to work with!

If you don't need a real person to talk to, Great. If your doctor orders the goods, it will be decent. If you have a problem, good luck. They don't answer their phone. I received a follow up call from them, 2 weeks ago, told them the problem, never heard back yet! If you play with the computer recordings on the phone and push the right buttons, maybe they will call you. Don't care anymore, I will buy the parts online and save a lot of money!

Poor customer service Poor customer service. They do not answer phone, after 22 minutes on hold. Oxygen people would not assist with provider to get the order as they specifically wanted it written. Flint office staff indifferent and not helpful. I requested a manager online and was told none were available. However, the online person said everyone would be emailed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS. There are better companies out there.

Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. While they send receipts for payment, an invoice was requested for reimbursement from BCBSIL. After calling to request an invoice, Billing could not find my order & a copy of the receipt to prove the purchase was made and needed to be sent. After DAYS of waiting for a reply, it was determined that because the order was placed online, the E-commerce team had a record of the purchase. While the Invoice was eventually emailed, is this a good business practice that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? Putting the burden on the customer to prove an order was placed is ludacris and simply not acceptable. For the sake of YOUR business Hart, I hope changes will be made.

Purchase from Hart Medical. You will be SO glad you did! Hart Medical is a wonderful company to do business with. Over the past 6 months we have had to replace my husbands and my Cpap machines for various reasons, so we decided to try Hart Medical. The purchasing experience was outstanding, from initial purchase, to shipping, to helping set up our new units, the folks at Hart Medical came through. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I can't say enough good things about their Sales Department, their Customer Service and Technical support departments. They actually answer the phones with a human being and not a computer! They answer inquiries (both messages and email) within a few minutes and the responses are always spot on. Way to GO Hart Medical! You have a very satisfied customer for LIFE!
