GBi was in need for batteries and i have… i was in need for batteries and i have only few days before my international travel. i called Liberty Medical about battery availability, they don't have it at the time, but they can get it in timely manner. they did excellent customer service. i really appreciate the staff. if they say they can do it than they will do it because they are Liberty Medical. GBI used Liberty Medical's buyback… *Updated to 5 stars once I understood the testing process that had to be done before completing the buyback. Super responsive company. I used Liberty Medical's buyback program for oxygen concentrators. They were quick to respond, provided a fair quote for the equipment, and sent prepaid shipping labels for sending the equipment to them. They were very responsive throughout the process. It did take 2 weeks to receive payment, which is the only bit of the process that might be improved.

GBFrom start to finish the experience has… From start to finish the experience has been absolutely amazing. Our rep was extremely kind an helpful! The whole process is quick an so easy. They literally do it all for you from contacting the dr to getting you what you need an sending it back is as simple as slapping a return label on the box that they provided an sending it back. This company cares for the elderly an isnt charging an arm an leg to get them quality care they deserve. Best advice is use liberty medical for all your medical needs because they have not lost their compassion an humanity.

GBCustomer Service was top notch Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

GBVery Satisfied I live in Denver. Liberty was extremely reliable. I received my oxygen concentrator a day earlier than promised. Everything needed was in the box, including a return shipping label. I was only charged for the period from when my plane left and returned. Everything worked perfectly. I was concerned that I was investing over $400 up front. Before ordering I spoke with two of the company's executives. They were very helpful and supportive. I felt that if I encountered any problems, they would treat me fairly.
