I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. LIBERTY MEDICAL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME TO DECIDE WHICH UNIT TO PURCHASE. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I could cry from relief Our Mom was recently prescribed home oxygen and this is all new to us. We had planned a milestone celebration for over a year and in a “post” COVID world also entailing a flight for vacation. In a semi last minute panic discovered the need for an oxygen concentrator. Yvette and Krista were beyond helpful. We got the POC in advance of our trip as a rental with a machine that covers flight, air travel, being out and about as well as sleeping (supports pulse and continuous). I cannot express the relief this service and solution has given me in a time of stress. The entire box sets you up to easily use right away. Easy to use the machine. When we are done with our trip I can return it easily with a PPD shipping label & box. Cannot highly recommend enough.

My machine didn’t work properly My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

I would and will recommend this company to anyone who asks and will definitely use them for future needs.
