My machine didn’t work properly My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

Great customer service What can I say... The wonderful people of this company went over board to help expedite an order in a short time that was in limited supply. Krista is an incredible business owner and was able to make things happen. The rest of her staff are also friendly, helpful and very patient. This company is all about the customer and their needs. You definitely feel valued and listened to even if you personally are not sure what your needs are. What an incredible bunch of people. Did I also mention quick communication response time. Plus they're there to answer ANY questions big or small. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company's work ethics.

Exceptional service for Portable Oxygen Compactor I stumbled across this company by accident. I buy American and prefer to shop with Vets. A Saturday call to their Odessa office resulted in an education from Krista I would otherwise have missed if left to my own. She was professional, compassionate, informed, and patient, something at 78 years old I now need more and more. I honestly felt like family. Today, Monday, my Saturday call to them was followed up promptly by Yevette, an obvious clone of Krista. Having called five other suppliers last week, this was the call where magic was performed, I got the equipment and instructions I needed, the care and consideration of a King and the good humor of family. This will be my medical supplier from now on. Period!!

Stepped up and made it happen for elderly mom We were left high and dry when we thought we were going with Oxygen to Go. My 87 yr old mother broke down and cried. I tried to figure out what had happened and was unsatisfied with there service or explanations. Liberty Medical answered promptly, returned calls with some prompting, and really made everything come together to get a portable oxygen for mom to fly home to her own place. Yvette was kind, professional and easy to talk to. She offered assistance if we needed help with the forms and showed us exactly what we were getting and how to return it after we got her home. I am very happy with this company and it’s compassion.
