Customer Service was top notch Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

i was in need for batteries and i have… i was in need for batteries and i have only few days before my international travel. i called Liberty Medical about battery availability, they don't have it at the time, but they can get it in timely manner. they did excellent customer service. i really appreciate the staff. if they say they can do it than they will do it because they are Liberty Medical. Great help for first timer Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

I PURCHASED A USED ECLIPSE PORTABLE… I PURCHASED A USED ECLIPSE PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR. I HAVE USED IT A FEW TIMES AND I AM OVERJOYED WITH THIS UNIT. I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. LIBERTY MEDICAL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME TO DECIDE WHICH UNIT TO PURCHASE. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
