:) A human touch to sales :) Very good service. I'm working overseas on the other side of the globe and had a functional query. A human called me back straight away- twice to answer my query. No robots or automated voice menu's that go no where. In this day of high tech, there's nothing more reassuring than talking to a person that know's what they're talking about. The rep answered the queries straight . The order was sorted and shipped that day.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and even priced matched their competitors. I called in the afternoon. Asked for overnight shipping and received the device the next day.
