Brilliant service A brilliant, professional and efficient service. After completing the health questionnaire, which is not too long, your request for a prescription is sent to the doctor who then decides whether you're eligible for it or not. If you are, your prescription is then sent to a reputable online pharmacy and dispatched ASAP. I ordered one day and it arrived the next in discreet packaging. I have been ordering from FHO for a few years now. I will never use anyone else!

Freedom health very good ,courier was poor Freedom health sent the goods next day, courier did not deliver until 5 days later . They said they had tried to deliver to my house on first day but there was no answer and they left a card . This is untrue as I was there all day and also no card was left .If I were Freedom health I would change my delivery method.

FreedomHealth...when your GP says no but you need the prescription. My LDL count does not trigger the NICE value for NHS treatment BUT my new employer demands a lower risk. If your GP can't/won't prescribe Statins but you need them then for small dose private prescriptions this company has delivered what my Taxes could not. Thank you.

Dissapointed. I made an order and paid for next day special delivery which cost £5-6. The order arrived a day later than it should of and even though i updated my order with a new address, the delivery was made to the past address. The website spoke about being discreet and allowing an order to be delivered wherever needed depending on the customers preference but this was not the case. I won't be using this site again.

excellent site Easy and quick to use. Only improvement would be to give times on response emails i.e. when you send a notification saying your order is being reviewed by a doctor would be good to state how long from that point until it is processed - first time I ordered I was not sure if this would take an hour, a day or several days.
