GBOnce understood, I found the process very straight-forward I was quite confused by the online service from the website navigation. I was unclear what exactly the online service consisted of and how to order something from it. Once I finally sorted it out, it was fine. It just took quite awhile and I almost gave up.

GBI wouldn’t bother I wouldn’t bother. Tried to claim a few times and it was always denied. I cancelled the policy.

GBWouldn't use any other website. The first time I used this website I waited over 7 days for my order and it had not arrived. I rang up and they accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely and got my order out to me the next day. This hasn't happened since and I've been ordering for around 12 months now. I would not use any other website. 10/10 customer service, orders accepted within half n hour, delivered the day after order confirmation. Absolutely brilliant.

GBCustomer Service Stinks. You can really tell how a good a company is when things don't go right. That's what happened. I contacted them directly and should have done so on here as they seem reasonable when it's under the public eye. I have ordered the generic brands for a while now and every time I order it's a new package and new manufacturer with varied effectiveness. Will have to look for another company unfortunately. I'm still waiting for a response from my refund which I haven't received yet.

GBGreat service, not so great technology FreedomHealth offer a great, efficient and engaging service. I feel comfortable addressing some difficult and personal issues. My only negative comment is the website is not great, it often has glitches, it doesn't really allow you to do repeat orders, and I have had issues where it has lost the adders details submitted for an order. All was resolved quickly by the team, but it needs work.
