Do not order from this site After ordering on a Friday night I get an email to say this wouldn't be dispatched until after the bank holiday, there was no previous note to state this. I tried to contact the website to tell them I no longer required the medication as I bought elsewhere and am yet to have a reply even though the email I received stated to email back if you have any queries.

I wouldn’t bother I wouldn’t bother. Tried to claim a few times and it was always denied. I cancelled the policy.

no delivery of medication Money was taken from account no delivery of medication. Contacted freedom no reply only automatic generic reply recieved. Will report this to the fraud dept of RBS. Extreamly concerned that thus may be a fraudulent business.

Wouldn't use any other website. The first time I used this website I waited over 7 days for my order and it had not arrived. I rang up and they accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely and got my order out to me the next day. This hasn't happened since and I've been ordering for around 12 months now. I would not use any other website. 10/10 customer service, orders accepted within half n hour, delivered the day after order confirmation. Absolutely brilliant.

excellent site Easy and quick to use. Only improvement would be to give times on response emails i.e. when you send a notification saying your order is being reviewed by a doctor would be good to state how long from that point until it is processed - first time I ordered I was not sure if this would take an hour, a day or several days.
