AUAt least Casey is a great help from the… At least Casey is a great help from the chat line. Had to chase up my results with her. Thanks Casey. Have been waiting for over 10 business days since your email stated that my test kit had finally been received. "Processing". The email also said 3-5 days for results. Sent an email but that had no answer. So had to revert to the chat line. Pitty the whole process has dragged out for so long. Not in line with what is stated in the information when you purchase a kit.

AUSlow, but still a good service My partner and I both did testing and although the process was incredibly slow, taking over a month or two for each of us to get results after we sent the tests back, we are excited to eliminate flagged allergens and intolerances to see if there's an improvement. I'd rate our experience four star, purely based on the slow pace of receiving results and that neither of us received an email saying our results were ready. We needed to follow these up ourselves with customer service people. On that note, the people we have spoken to have been polite, efficient and resolved out questions. In particular, Kai was very helpful.

GBAwful customer service I received the test but quickly realized that the ferritin only read to 30. I wanted something that read higher than 30 as optimal ferritin is at least 100. I contacted through live chat about returning and was told to email instead. I did that with all of my info and requested a return. I have done so now 3 times and still have not gotten a response about the return. Edit to add: customer service did finally reach out again. Still have not gotten instructions on return but glad to finally get a response.

GBHelpful Chat Experience The representative that assisted, Casey, was very helpful. I had placed the order, but had not received any forms or instructions after a few days. Casey was able to send me links directly to the forms so that I can get my hair samples sent off so I can get my results back. I am hopeful that the results from the sensitivity test will give me some insight into my health challenges.

GBNot a good test for iron deficiency I bought their rapid iron deficiency test. I should have done a little research first. I'm not sure how accurate their test is, but even if it's 100% accurate, you can still be iron deficient using this test. Their test considers a ferritin of above 30 to be non deficient. In reality, a ferritin of less than 30 is absolute iron deficiency. You can still be iron deficient with a ferritin of less than 100. I guess it's ok for people with absolute iron deficiency but if you're slightly above the 30 mark you will incorrectly think your iron is fine when it isn't.
