IEOnly acts as though it provides good customer service on public platforms **AS PER ANOTHER ONLINE RESPONSE I HAVE ONCE AGAIN VERIFIED MY ORDER** This company stopped responding to how unhappy I was with this service and the scam of a product months ago. Donna is now responding as if they give customers good service to my old reviews. Don’t be fooled by this. They say they want feedback but non of my feedback was taken onboard and my complaint and issue remains unresolved and not responded to from my last reply. Don’t fall for this scam of a company and its products.

GBI've used this company several times… I've used this company several times for myself and my son to help monitor our food sensitivities as we have digestive issues. The tests are spot on. The customer service is great too as my last order I had an issue with a submission and being able to download the form and Blake helped me and was so helpful and quick and knew just what I needed. I'll continue to use them as the tests are spot on, so easy to do, affordable and yhe service is great.

GBCustomer Service was very helpful Customer Service was very helpful. I ordered my tests and did not realize I needed to store the order email in order to register once I receive the test. I reached out via chat and Cameron was very helpful in recovering my information to obtain the Order number. I was able to register my tests and proceed with the process.

AUI’ve tried to resolve an issue with missing tests I’ve tried to resolve an issue with my missing tests three times via chat and email. Today was my forth attempt. I was lucky enough to get Jordan in the chat who went above and beyond to sort out the issue. I am very grateful for Jordan’s care and superior customer service. A pleasure to deal with.
