Good email deliverability, nice UI (a bit similar to Freshdesk), great features including shared inbox for multiple sites/brands, live chat, chatbot, social inbox, and knowledge base. Compared to other newcomers in Helpdesk software space like ThriveDesk and LabiDesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.

GBGood features and easy user interface I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.

GBDesku.io is an amazing helpdesk solution I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!

SGAwesome Alterative to Freshdesk! Awesome Alterative to Freshdesk, Lots of potential. I like the UI that its super easy to navigate. Awesome live chat functions, hope there they could integrate with more social platforms like Instagram.. The development could abit faster but overall happy with this product
