The providers that you're matched with… The providers that you're matched with can randomly schedule appointments with you without your approval. I had an appointment scheduled for me that is supposed to happen in 4 hours. But they have a 24 hr cancelation policy so I can't even cancel this appointment I didn't make, and there are fees (I won't be paying) that result from me not showing up. You also have NO way of closing your account, so they can just keep scheduling appointments with you that you don't want. People dealing with mental health issues really don't need to be dealing with scam artists. They're ripping off sick people and it's disgusting.

Easy to use website and great interface. The interface and forms are very intuitive and straightforward. I did have an issue with my initial account setup, but support was very helpful resolving it. Finding a clinician was very easy and everyone was very friendly.

Application Difficult to understand I am just trying to sign up for a therapist and am already frustrated with the application. I get to the point where it ask for a copy of my insurance card. I am 70 yrs old and I don't know what to do. I'm not tech savvy. Can another way be found to get my insurance info to you.

Great company to contract with! I have been a contractor with Sondermind for two years now, and have enjoyed my experience. Their customer service is amazing since they have live people answering the phones. My questions are always answered thoroughly when I call, and also have a coach who checks in with me every now and again. Their clinician portal is easy to use, you can track your payouts, and filing insurance claims are a breeze. In addition, they ask for feedback from clinicians and have made several improvements due to this.
