Heard and Seen I felt heard and comfortable by Emma throughout our hour long session. Therapy had been scary for me as I have so many things to confront. I felt like a deer in headlights going into it, but Emma was so easy to talk to and even asked me what direction I would want my therapy to go in. It was nice to get some things off of my chest in a healthy way. I look forward to my future with SonderMind.

Was charged a no-show fee when patient… Was charged a no-show fee when patient indeed logged in and waited for therapist who never showed up. Therapist was Hailee Bradshaw. Would 100% NOT recommend these therapists!

The therapists are great but Sondermind… The therapists are great but Sondermind will set you up with a therapist that doesn't take your insurance. Of course they make you provide a credit card for billing incase your insurance doesn't go through. They charged me 109 dollars for a 45 minute session. I know it doesn't seem significant but if your on a fixed income it really matters. The billing issues are enough for me to not recommend their service.

I was only rec’d male providers even… I was only rec’d male providers even though I was looking for a female provider. Want to be able to delete the providers you rec’d initially off of my profile and one of them wasn’t responsive to my message. Still don’t know how much it will cost even though I signed up about a month ago and have had 3 sessions. I know it only takes a few minutes to get insurance verified and cost per session identified. Rebecca is great but I found her myself.

Like many on this site Like many on this site, this is a very dishonest organization. We scheduled a session and canceled 2 days prior to the session. Our therapist stated she would take care of removing this charge. After contacting soudermind about our received bill they refused to refund our funds of the cancellation. The system seems to be a homemade system or a very unprofessional one! Please understand the 2.9 rating is probably because of the method use to take advantage of customers. Disappointed in our experience.
